Fun Things to Do in Prague

Prague is the capital and the largest city of the Czech Republic. It’s also one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. One of the reasons why it’s such a gorgeous city is because Prague was spared from destruction during World War II. But beyond the urban jungle and shopping centers, this city is always looking back to its own rich history. Since being removed from Communism, Prague easily bested other European hotspots. It’s now a playground for the rich and the shopping savvy!

Planning your next vacation to Prague? We are listing down all the must-visit places you need to add to your itinerary:

Exploring the Old Town

A visit to Prague is never complete without checking its many historic castles. One of which stands at the top of a hill along the Old Town. The Prague castle is home to the breathtaking St. Vitus Cathedral and the St’ George basilica. The entire property is nestled with manicured lawns and fabulous gardens.

After checking out the Prague castle, why not tour the Royal Gardens after? You have to pay several Euros to explore the garden, but it’ll be worth it! The Royal Gardens features romantic embellishments, ivy-colored walls and intricate trellises. It also features exquisite columns and eye-catching flowers. It’ll take more than a day to explore the garden. It’s several storeys tall so if you’re travelling with kids or with a handicapped person, this is an important thing to keep in mind.
